What they asked us
Foodmaker had grown fast. Really fast. Retail was booming, new products were everywhere, and the brand was becoming increasingly visible beyond the restaurant walls. But there was a question that kept coming back:
What about hospitality? How do you make sure the restaurants don’t become a side note to retail? How do you turn them back into places people genuinely want to spend time in, not just pass through? Foodmaker asked us to rethink the role of their restaurants from the ground up. Not as an extension of retail, but as a destination in its own right.
