What they asked us
Boardwalk Boutique Hotel came to us with an exciting vision: they wanted to create a unique and inviting lunch and dining experience for their guests, right under the swaying palm trees of their lush coconut plantation. This marked the birth of the "under-palapa" restaurant concept – The Coco Café - a place where guests could relish in the flavors of Aruba and savour good quality food in a laid-back atmosphere.
Understanding the essence of Boardwalk's audience, we crafted a food concept that perfectly complemented their vacation experience. Drawing inspiration from the island's culinary heritage, as well as the rich flavors of Belgian cuisine and Mediterranean influences, we carefully curated a menu that catered to diverse tastes, with a touch of tropical goodness in every dish.
